Chris Corchiani | Tryon Title Owner
Chris is a long-time, well recognized part of the Triangle Business Community and is very involved in operations and customer service for Tyron Title.

Glenn Astolfi | Tryon Title Co-Owner
Glenn Astolfi is a lifelong serial entrepreneur.  Since 2002 he has been at DNJ Mortgage and is a co-founder Tryon Title. He was a senior executive at start ups Bookstop, Barnes & Noble, TravelFest Superstores and Travelocity.com.    He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Florida State University and a MBA from the University of Texas.

Mark West | Tryon Title Co-Owner
As co-owner and manager of Tryon Title, Mark oversees all marketing, sales, and business development for Tryon Title.  Mark is a licensed North Carolina Title Underwriter and has many years of experience handling commercial and residential transactions across North Carolina.
Prior to joining Tryon, Mark was North Carolina Agency Manager for First American Title Insurance Company for over 5 years and was responsible for title agencies across the state. Prior to First American, Mark spent several years in the mortgage banking industry and has combined his experience in both the mortgage and title industry to strengthen Tryon Title’s operation across North Carolina.

Debbie Hester | Tryon Title Manager
Debbie’s experience comes from 25 years in residential and commercial title transactions. She started in 1985 with Lawyer’s Title in Raleigh and was an integral part of the formation of the Chicago Title Raleigh Office.

Kaety Kowalchuk Hill | Tryon Title In-House Underwriter
With over seven years of experience in title insurance as a licensed underwriter, Kaety provides you with quick turnaround times on residential commitments. She completes all the end of month remittance reports for our 5 underwriters. She also assists in the lot look ups, revisions and overall customer service. She is a team player and has been with Tryon for almost three years.

Kelly Fisher Ashman | Tryon Title Director of Client Development
With Kelly’s ten years of experience in commercial and residential title insurance in the Charlotte and Raleigh markets, she is able to assist you in all of your title insurance needs.  She is licensed in NC and VA and is authorized to underwrite for Georgia as well.   She has written title insurance policies on everything from Shopping Centers, Conservation Easements, residential and multi-state deals.
Kelly is an active Member of Wake County Real Property Lawyers Association and is joining the Triangle Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW).
On a personal note, Kelly has two daughters and is actively involved with their school’s PTA and other community organizations.  She participates in the Susan G Komen Foundation’s 3-Day Walk for the Cure.  Kelly grew up in Raleigh and attends Hayes Barton Baptist Church with her family.

Lynn Steigerwald | Tryon Title Residential Underwriter
Lynn has been a licensed title insurance underwriter for the last 11 years in the Raleigh, NC market.  She has wide-ranging experience in residential title insurance.  Lynn is paramount to the company in issuing final title policies in a timely fashion.
She is proud to call herself Nana to her two grandchildren in Tennessee.  She is married and lives in the Raleigh area with her husband and two Husky-German Shepherd dogs, Hawk and Nanook.

Melinda French | Tryon Title Underwriter Support
Melinda manages the Tryon Title tracking system which generates reports beneficial to the company and customers. She handles the processing of checks, final opinions, policies, and remittance reports.
