Residential Title Services

In North Carolina we are an “Approved Attorney” State which we support through building strong relationships with our local attorneys that handle the Residential Transactions.

As a third-party title insurer to the transaction, our goal is to provide the customer service our attorneys are looking for when obtaining a title commitment for their client. We support our attorneys through the entire process and make sure we get the final policy delivered to their client(s) within days of receiving all necessary final documents.
